Elena Rybakina’s Former Coach Stefano Vukov Appeals One-Year WTA Ban
Stefano Vukov, the former coach of Wimbledon champion Elena Rybakina, has filed an appeal against a one-year suspension imposed by the WTA for what it described as “abuse of authority and abusive conduct.” The ban, which prohibits Vukov from attending WTA events or accessing any player areas, followed an investigation that concluded earlier this year. Vukov has taken the matter to private arbitration, as required by WTA regulations, in an attempt to overturn the ruling.
