Karolina Muchova has surprisingly defected Aryna Sabalenka during the quarter finals at the China Open.
Sabalenka came into the match confidently with 15 consecutive wins and, although she lost to Muchova in a tie-break 7-6 (7-5), she was confident that she would be cruising to the semi-finals after winning the second set 6-2 and then moving an immediate break up in the decisive third.
